Wednesday, September 23, 2026 - Media personality and commentator Solomon Buchi has challenged Pastor Tobi Adegboyega to take legal action against him over his comments concerning the pastor and his church.
Buchi was reacting to Adegboyega’s recent remarks urging
people with allegations against members of his church to report them to the
police or take them to court.
In a video shared online, Buchi accused the pastor of trying
to intimidate critics with the threat of legal action and dared him to sue him.
“My warning to Tobi. If you're a man born of a woman, sue
me. Let me teach you how to be cooked. We are in England, sue me,” he said.
Buchi further alleged that there were people who had
suffered as a result of Adegboyega’s actions and claimed that some individuals
were prepared to speak publicly about their experiences.
He also accused Adegboyega of attempting to send him a
warning through his comments, saying he was not intimidated by the prospect of
being taken to court.
Buchi said he was willing to face Adegboyega in court and
insisted that legal action would give him an opportunity to present his case.
He also referenced a previous legal case in which he said he
sued individuals and won, while challenging Adegboyega to take similar action
against him.
